Do I need to register to place an order?
A registration process is required to place an order. To register, we only require your name, email address, and your phone number. To place an order, you will need to provide your delivery address..
How do I register on switchon.com.np?
You can register at switchon.com.np by following the steps:
1. Click Log In on the top right corner of the homepage. You will then be redirected to the login page.
2. On the Register panel of the login page, fill in all the necessary information.
After all the genuine information is filled in, click the Register button at the bottom. This will basically submit your form.
3. After submission of the form, our system will send a confirmation link to the email address you used for registration. Open your email account and click the confirmation link. You will now be redirected to our website to confirm your registration.
4. You can now sign in to switchon.com.np and enjoy shopping.
How do I place an order?
To place your order on switchon.com.np, you would have to follow certain steps as mentioned below:
1. Choose the product you wish to purchase.
2.Click the "Add to Cart" button. The product will be added to your cart.
3.You can add multiple products and multiple quantities into the same cart.
4. Then click on the My cart icon and verify your selected products and quantity.
5.After verification, click on "Check Out".
6.If you've not signed in, please sign in to your account and click "Proceed to Checkout". But if you haven't signed up, please follow the process of signing up and proceed further.
7.Choose the payment option and fill in the Shipping/Billing information and click "Complete Checkout".
8.This completes the order placement process.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation mail from us with your code and shipping details. And also you can track your order through “My Account” on the home page.
Is a Demo / Installation service available for the purchased products?
Yes. Demo / Installation is available for large appliances like TV, refrigerator, washing machine, and air conditioner.
For demo/installation of products, customers are requested to contact and register below mentioned numbers.

Customers will receive an SMS with a Case ID for the registration. It normally takes 2-3 working days for our demo/installation technician to visit your premises.
Normally, we don’t provide demo/installation services for small appliances, electrical, and PA products. But, you can always enquire about the possibility of a demo/installation service at our contact number provided above.
What if the package I received is tampered with or broken?
Please do not accept those whose seals have been tampered with. Acceptance of a tampered or broken box disqualifies any return claims for physically damaged/defective items, wrong merchandise, or missing accessories.
Can I exchange my old appliances?
Yes, you can exchange your old appliances through our exchange partner Arkostore.

How can I bring large home appliances for inspection during the exchange?
You don’t need to bring your old appliances to the store for inspection. Our team will inspect the product when we deliver the new product.
Do you have an EMI facility?
We provide EMI service through Hulas Fin Serve. You can now buy any product above the price of Rs. 30,000/- in installments with 0% interest. For that, you would need to first complete the documentation process of EMI. .

How can I pay for my Orders?
You can opt for any one of the following methods for making payment of your order.
1.Cash On Delivery:
You can pay us in CASH after the delivery is done at your doorsteps. Cash on Delivery facility is not available for deliveries outside Kathmandu Valley.]
2. Credit/Debit Card Payment:
You can now pay for your order through a Credit/Debit card via our 3D secure online payment gateway system. By using a Credit/Debit Card payment system, you can purchase our products from any part of the world and get them delivered here to your home in Nepal.
3. Mobile Wallet:
We offer multiple options of payment through the Mobile Wallet system like eSewa & Khalti.
4. Fonepay
You can scan and pay with the QR code provided

Do you charge any extra for Demo/Installation?
1.For TV, installation is FREE. We charge for wall brackets if you opt to buy them from us. Otherwise, you can buy wall brackets on your own and register a demo/installation request at our contact number.
2. For Washing Machines, installation is FREE. But the plumbing part till the location of installation needs to be done by the customer.
For the Refrigerator, demo/installation is FREE.
3. For A/c installation, the Installation charge is NRP 4,000/-, and if an additional outdoor wall angle bracket is required, then it will cost NPR 1,500/- per unit, charges will also be applicable for additional drainage pipes and coppers, and switches (NPR 450/- per running feet).
4. Customers are required to keep their present Warranty card and VAT bills at the time of demo/installation.
Shipping Information
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Inside Ring-Road, after confirmation of your order, it will take 2-3 working days to deliver your order to your doorsteps. Outside Kathmandu Valley, it depends upon the proximity of the delivery location. Deliveries outside Kathmandu Valley will be done via our partner stores or via transport. If there is any partner store near the delivery location, then the delivery is possible to your doorstep within 2-7 days depending upon the stock availability in the partner store. If there is no partner store near the delivery location then, It will take around 7 days for the order to be delivered. In this case, the delivery is possible up to the premises of the transport company only.
What is the delivery cost?
Inside the Ring-Road of Kathmandu Valley, the delivery is done free of any charge. Deliveries in proximity areas outside the Ring-Road of Kathmandu Valley are also free. For deliveries much farther away from Ring Road, we charge minimal delivery charges of up to NRS 150/- depending upon the distance of the delivery location. For deliveries outside Kathmandu Valley, the delivery charges may depend on the location of the delivery.
